Cruising and Vertigo

Link: http://www.ajc.com/blogs/content/custom/blogs/travel/entries/cruising/index.html

When I came back from my first cruise in November 2000, I definitely experienced this...and I think it took 2-3 weeks to pass.

And, during this second cruise....I experienced occasionally during shore excursions, and I'm feeling it very bad right now.

What is 'unique', is that about 2-3 years ago I started experiencing symptoms which included dizziness/vertigo. I had a prescription for Anti-Vert, but I didn't like it. It seemed to just move the problem around (or it was rebound symptons after the prescription finished). After a variety of tests, including an MRI, the doctor didn't find anything significant of concern. To which he suggested that it would just be something I would have to live with, or I could get a referral to somebody else who can run all the tests again, etc.

At that time (spring 2004), I opted to just live with the problem.

Now instead of subjecting some poor random forum to a long rambling thought, I will try to consolidate those things into this blog where they can be more easily ignored profess to be collected thoughts from my mind.
