VoIP and my QoS settings

It occurs to me that I should probably move my local DHCP/DNS server (.254) to Express.....instead of the IP that was my local DHCP/DNC server (.4). Don't know if I will demote the old server....

Now instead of subjecting some poor random forum to a long rambling thought, I will try to consolidate those things into this blog where they can be more easily ignored profess to be collected thoughts from my mind.
