Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers

Now if only I could find a solution to the annoyance where the Maxtor OneTouch II drives on this computer will eventually lose their drive letters and stop working.

Plus why does it BSOD in mxopswd.sys sometimes when I'm doing a (tape) backup of my system....oddly it is more likely to happen when it has to retry on the tape a lot. All of my DLTs are old, and some are really old. The newer ones are recertified tapes that I've been getting off of eBay (being sold as NEW, for really cheap....which I don't mind, because they are cheap and they work better than the used tapes...even better than the ones that were new but rejected by a tape loader....which were also rejected when I tried to use them....)

I wonder if anybody has dissassembled a Maxtor OneTouch II....perhaps transplanting the internals to a different enclosure might be necessary....wonder if the Retrospect software will still work if I do this.

Now instead of subjecting some poor random forum to a long rambling thought, I will try to consolidate those things into this blog where they can be more easily ignored profess to be collected thoughts from my mind.
