Unexpected Great Service!

Link: http://www.selectcomfort.com/

A couple weeks ago, I noticed that I was missing a couple of segments on my pump (wired) remote. The bed is only about 20 months old.

After ignoring it for a while...one night I got the urge to go online and see if Select Comfort could do anything for me. I filled out the online form and waited....and waited.

And just as I was about to give up that I just have to live with it....because the it is just a couple of segments missing from the singles digit, and there's enough working ones to tell if it is either a '0' or a '5'. But, then I get an email today. 88|

It informs me to be expecting a replacement pump unit coming in the next 5 days by UPS and a prepaid label for the return of my defective unit in the next 10 days.

Only problem is that I'm in the process of getting ready for a big move, but hopefully I'll be around to make this swap....

Now instead of subjecting some poor random forum to a long rambling thought, I will try to consolidate those things into this blog where they can be more easily ignored profess to be collected thoughts from my mind.
